It’s Demo Corp., a corporation created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Finding ourselves in the free and enjoyment of our mental faculties and with all legal capacity, we agree and stipulate the following: It’s Demo Corp. will provide a preparatory course on the concepts of “Trading” in the Forex market. If the client wishes to be part of any product, they will have access as long as they activate their membership. The client understands that each month the amount stipulated for the chosen product will be debited and gives us his consent and authorization to carry out each aforementioned debit. If the client is already a member of a product and wishes to obtain another product or if he wishes to reactivate, he must pay the activation fee again. For no reason any member of It’s Demo Corp. may use the class videos to display or use on other web pages for profit or disclose private information exposed in our courses. We are not financial advisers. In no way the content of the courses offered by It’s Demo Corp. should be considered as an investment suggestion in the Forex Market, nor in Cryptocurrencies. Every client accepts the responsibility and risk that these markets imply, and the responsibility of managing their Forex and/or Cryptocurrency account. It’s Demo Corp. assumes no responsibility for improper handling by the client/student or for any market movement that leads to the total or partial loss of the client’s investment.

1. Terms

5. Cancellation

5.1 Termination by You: You may cancel your membership at any time by going to your account, under account settings, and in the subscription tab on our Website, there will be a cancel button under the subscriptions you have purchased. Cancellation will be effective immediately, and no refunds will be provided for fees already paid.

5.2 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to the Website at its discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your membership or use of the Website.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
